Perluigi Bosso, born in 1961, grew up in the Family distillery and became Master Distiller acquiring the secrets of the artisan processes that have distinguished the company since 1888. Pierluigi, panel leader in sensory analysis, supported by the passion and strength of tradition, always manages to create spirits rich in personality. Alongside the leading products represented by grappas obtained from the pomace of the most famous grapes of the Langhe, we findAmaro Bosso, relaunched on the market in 2017 after five years of inactivity of the distillery. The recipe for this amaro belongs to the heritage of family and involves the use of native botanicals from Monferrato with the addition of bitter orange peel and rhubarb.
