Being “Argalà”, in Occitan dialect, means being satisfied, being happy. Argalà Liquorificio Artigianale was born in 2011 from the idea of two friends, Piero Nuvoloni-Bonnet and Enrico Giordana, who have been producing liqueurs since January 2016 in an old renovated barn in the heart of the Boves countryside. In the summer of 2018, Piero and Enrico bottled the first batch of their Amaro Alpino, considered the sum of the experience gained over the years. The recipe is inspired by an intoxicating walk that lasted two days, from the Maritime Alps to the sea, sanctioning the encounter between citrus and balsamic notes thanks to the use of components such as orange peel, pine and lavender. The process includes the cold maceration of thirty botanicals and dilution with water from the Alps.
